Honda Dio is equipped with 4-stroke 102 cc engine. It delivers a peak power of 7 Bhp @ 7000 rpm and a peak torque of 0.8 Kg-m @ 5500 rpm.

Honda Dio comes with tuffup tube, which prevents the sudden loss of air pressure by sealing holes or cuts made in the tube by the piercing foreign object.
